We offer a variety of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, thoughtfully designed with open-concept floorplans, modern finishes, and functional layouts to complement every lifestyle.

Absolutely! At Audubon Place, we know pets are family. We proudly welcome your four-legged companions, with all pets completing the PetScreening registration process. Standard breed and community restrictions apply.

While this satisfies Audubon Place's requirement, we highly recommend carrying a personal renters insurance policy to protect your belongings and provide additional liability coverage.

Yes! Residents are welcome to paint their apartment walls. We simply ask that the walls be properly primed and restored to their original color before moving out.

Yes! We encourage you to make your apartment feel like home. Televisions and wall décor may be mounted, and any holes larger than a pencil eraser should be properly patched prior to move-out.

Each apartment home includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a full-size washer and dryer. Select apartment homes also feature upgraded stainless steel appliance packages.

Spectrum is Audubon Place's internet provider. Residents are billed monthly for internet service, providing reliable, high-speed connectivity throughout Audubon Place.

Pet Policy

Yes! We proudly welcome both cats and dogs. Please contact our leasing office for information regarding pet fees, breed restrictions, and community guidelines.

Absolutely! Your pets will enjoy our spacious off-leash dog park, expansive green spaces, and more than four acres of scenic walking and nature trails throughout Audubon Place.

Parking & Community Access
